On the afternoon of January 23, lithium carbonate futures prices began to surge, with the most active contract, lithium carbonate 2605, rising by more than 6% and briefly surpassing the 180,000 yuan per ton mark. As of now, within four trading days, lithium carbonate 2605 has increased by over 20%.

Due to increasing raw material costs, lithium battery prices are expected to continue rising in the future.
