REPT's single-quarter shipments exceeded 23GWh, exceeding half of last year's total, and it once again set a new record.

China Energy Storage Network News: On October 14, REPT once again delivered a report card that shocked the industry, with two figures once again breaking their own peaks.

REPT's voluntary third-quarter shipment announcement shows that its shipments in the third quarter of 2025 exceeded 23GWh, a record for the group's single-quarter shipments. Monthly shipments peaked at over 8GWh, also a record for the group. Compared to its total lithium battery shipments of 43.71GWh in 2024, REPT's single-quarter shipments have already exceeded half of last year's total.

Amidst fierce competition in the lithium battery industry, REPT's third-quarter results not only confirm the accelerated growth of this dark horse in the lithium battery industry, but also reveal its development strategy of "technological foundation, dual-engine drive, and global expansion." The explosive growth in shipments is driven by the product moat built by REPT through technological innovation. From 2019 to the first half of 2025, REPT invested over 3.2 billion yuan in R&D. Since 2024, its R&D spending has been more refined, focusing on high-value, high-growth areas such as new energy heavy-duty trucks and household energy storage. Technically, since 2025, REPT has continuously advanced its "top-of-the-line" battery technology upgrades, further enriching its multi-scenario product portfolio. In the power battery sector, responding to the booming new energy heavy-duty truck market, REPT launched the upgraded 324Ah Pro Jupiter battery cell in May of this year. This cell boasts an energy density of 198Wh/kg, a cycle life exceeding 10,000 cycles, and high-rate pulse charge and discharge performance, meeting the demands of fast charging and long driving range in complex road conditions.

Furthermore, while similar products in the industry generally see cost increases exceeding 5%, the Suixing 324Ah Pro version achieves zero cost increase, significantly reducing user costs and improving product value. Leveraging its forward-thinking strategy and precise positioning in the new energy heavy-duty truck market, REPT ranked second in China's battery-swap heavy-duty truck market in the first half of 2025, with an installed capacity of 1.7GWh and an 18% market share. In the energy storage sector, REPT's industry-leading 50Ah household storage battery, featuring high performance, long life, and low failure rates, meets the diverse capacity, cycle life, and size requirements of countries in Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. It is suitable for a wide range of scenarios, from portable power supplies and household storage to stackable balcony energy storage, achieving deep global market penetration. Thanks to six years of global market development, this product has established itself as a leading brand choice within the industry, driving increased recognition among second- and third-tier customers and establishing REPT as a benchmark brand in the household storage sector. In 2025, high electricity prices in Europe, coupled with the nearing completion of household storage cell destocking, led to surging demand. Leveraging its long-established brand reputation, REPT's household storage cells surged to global first place in terms of shipments. In the large-scale energy storage sector, REPT proactively deployed multiple technology paths, precisely positioning itself at the strategic high ground in the current competition for large-capacity cells and systems. In the first half of this year, REPT launched the Wending® 392Ah large-capacity energy storage cell, featuring production line compatibility and high compatibility with the 314Ah cell. It boasts a volumetric energy density of 415Wh/L, a cycle life of over 12,000 cycles, and energy efficiency exceeding 95%. Compared to ultra-large-capacity cells over 500Ah, the 392Ah cell offers a more balanced combination of safety, manufacturability, long life, high energy density, and low cost, and is capable of rapid mass production. Energy storage systems equipped with this cell can reach a capacity of 6.26MWh. With mature technology and processes, it represents a next-generation large-capacity cell product that meets market demand for large-capacity energy storage systems and is the fastest to achieve mass production. In addition, in May of this year, REPT also released the Wending® 587Ah energy storage battery cell, ensuring its leadership and technical reserves in the next-generation large-capacity battery cell technology. Facts have proved that this technology route has gradually stood out in the battle for the next-generation battery cells, and more and more battery cell and system companies are planning to use this technology route.

In the domestic market, in April of this year alone, REPT secured over 20 GWh of orders for 392Ah and other energy storage cells with companies such as Jinko Energy Storage, Deye Energy Storage, and Pinggao Group. In the bidding market, REPT has frequently won or been shortlisted for major state-owned enterprise (SOE) tenders, including the 6GWh battery cell frame procurement for China Energy Construction, the 3GWh battery cell centralized procurement for CRRC, and the 12GWh energy storage system centralized procurement for China National Nuclear Corporation. Internationally, Ruipu Lanjun has secured a 2.5GWh energy storage product order from a South Korean company, a 1GWh system order from a Japanese company, and a 3GWh energy storage supply agreement with global grid-scale energy storage giant Energy Vault. This has further deepened its presence in the Asian, Australian, US, and European markets, accelerating its globalization efforts.
